Howard Jiang is a leading public relations strategist with twenty years of experience at high levels of business and NGOs. Over the course of his career, Howard has counseled CEOs, boards of directors and elected officials on communications strategy and execution, especially in areas of China market entry, corporate reputation management, public affairs and crisis management.
Howard is the Co-Founder and Chairman of UTOP Public Relations, a leading communications company in China, overseeing business strategy and people development. Prior to joining UTOP, Howard worked as a senior executive with Shunya, an Omnicom agency in China, Edelman, and the Ministry of Commerce of China. Howard’s clients include Tesla, Ford, Dell, Texas Instruments, NVIDIA and Mengniu Diary etc.
Howard received his MBA from the University of Toronto and earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing.

Queenie has over 15 years of experience in strategic communications with a strong grounding in investor relations, corporate communications, public affairs, marketing, and corporate social responsibility. Queenie previously developed her skills at consultancy firms such as Hill & Knowlton and iPR Ogilvy, as well as in house with Sa Sa International Holdings.
Queenie is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.
Amy is an experienced Media Producer/Director specializing in video productions for corporate branding, product marketing, service training as well as content creation for social media platforms. Throughout the years, Amy received awards and recognitions from renowned film festivals including New York Festivals, Questar Awards, U.S. International film & Video Festivals and Astrid Awards etc.
Amy received her Master of Science from the University of Edinburgh, majoring in Digital Media Design.
With years of experience combined with precise story angle, Amy and team produce videos and content that meet and surpass client’s expectations.
Based in Hong Kong since 1990, Tim has advised governments and the private sector throughout Asia Pacific and China in infrastructure and development-focused projects, such the Hong Kong International Airport and Hong Kong Disneyland. In 2003 he founded Executive Counsel Limited, a development-focused strategic communications and management consultancy, focusing on advising the corporate sector and government in public affairs/ government relations, political risk, crisis management, stakeholder engagement and PR. Executive Counsel Limited has a trilingual team of experienced graduates based in Hong Kong.

Renee is a business management consultant with expertise in communications and experience in a variety of sectors and geographies, including MNCs as well as non-profits and start-ups. Past roles include VP of Anhui CNF Environmental Technologies Co., Regional Director of Marketing & Branding for Aon Risk Solutions in Hong Kong and Business Solutions Consultant at GE in the US.

On Graduating from Chinese University of Hong Kong, Harry Joined Hamilton Advisors after a successful internship with the firm. With previous experience at a PR consultancy and the corporate affairs department of a multinational firm, Harry is skilled in branding, copywriting, media relations, and corporate communications. Harry also has solid knowledge of Hong Kong’s domestic market and local media contacts.

Sherry recently joined Hamilton Advisors after completing her MA in Journalism from Hong Kong University. Her highly technical skillset includes copywriting, content creation, and production, developed in New York, Beijing, and Hong Kong.
